Tropical Storm Son-Tinh has been blamed for causing a slew of travel headaches in Vietnam today. This is at much relief of the area though after it caused 24 deaths in the Philippines when it roared through the island country. Now as the storm weakens though it will still be bringing heavy rainfall to south eastern china. Otherwise tropics in the western pacific remain quite as we start to enter November.
