Son-tinh / Ofel becomes deadly , 26 October 2012

Son-tinh is now blamed for one death and 9 missing in the Philippines due to its flooding rains and strong winds. 16,000 people have also had their week ruined due to the storm cancelling flights and ferries throughout the region. Now it is cruising west towards Vietnam will it will likely make a landfall on Saturday night in to Sunday.
