A new Tropical Depression is pushing across the Philippine sea towards the Eastern Sea boards of the country, this area is packing with it the risk of heavy and flooding rains as it moves west. By the end of the week though as it moves across the Philippines it possibly could re-develop in to a even stronger storm in the south china sea as warm waters provide a wealth of energy to the low pressure area. Thailand also is on guard this week as a bulk of convection brings the risk of heavy rains towards the capital city of Bangkok. And then towards to the north in Korea and Japan an umbrella day will be needed as showers start to push in to your direction by mid-week.
