Prapiroon continues to kick up the oceans East of the Philippines yet it is still a threat to land areas as waves from the storm system crash ashore in the southern Japanese islands in the coming days. Also the long range track is still in low confidence and Prapiroon may surprise us with a hard turn towards the west. At least the next 3-4 days though the storm should continue to linger near the location it is now intensifying as conditions become more favorable for the storm to do so. We will continue to post updates in the coming days on the exact track of this still developing storm.
