Typhoon Jelawat showed the full force of a western pacific typhoon in Okinawa this morning as winds topping 97kts (179kph) roared across the island today. Wide spread reports of cars being over turned and small buildings being damaged have also been circulated. Videographer James Reynolds who is currently in Naha has reported of damage to a small farm as well not to mention down trees and
power lines.
In this update we cover the strong winds that occurred here, the damage, and who is going to see this rough weather caused by Typhoon Jelawat next. Not to mention way off the radar but important none the less. Is a area near Guam that is showing the risk of development in the coming days.
