Typhoon Jelawat / Lawin Strengthens 23 September 2012

Typhoon Jelwat has gained strength over the past 12 hours and is now slowing working North at a snails pace. The main effect with this storm in the coming days will be heavy rains across the Philippines, but also Taiwan and Japan need to watch it in the coming days as it tracks to the North.

Also I have a severe cold today, thus my voice is a little on the frits, but I’m always here to bring you the weather!
