The slow movement of our newest tropical system is proving to be one that is hard to predict. At this time it has gone against current forecast yet a job to the North is still likely in the near future. This is not going to take a way the fact though that heavy rain showers and thunderstorm activity will be seen across most of the Philippines through the coming week as this strong tropical system works its way up the countries east coast.
