The newest storm system to form in the western pacific is now showing signs of possibly effecting the Philippines over the coming days. The storm deemed Jelawat is moving at a snails pace and is expected to stall out in the Philippine sea over the weekend. While doing so it will be enhancing the monsoonal flow across the country causing the high chance of flooding while still strengthening.
