The area west of Guam is showing more and more cyclonic circulation today as it continues to develop in to a organized tropical system. At this time though the exact track this storm system may take its still debatable, but the likely scenario would be it moving North West and then recurving around southern Japan before moving over mainland Japan. Else where we talk about flooding conditions in Japan and Cambodia.
