A Shallow Low Pressure Area over the Philippines is bringing heavy rains across the country today. Expect these conditions to slowly taper off in to the second half of the week. Yet by next week a area near Guam currently is moving East and has the risk of possible cyclone development. Also over Japan heavy rains are cuasing flooding across the countrys east coast. Including Tokyo today will see rain showers and thunderstorm activity.
