Typhoon Sanba is hours from landfall. This is the time to hunker down and ride the storm out. If you have not gotten all your supplies it is to late. Just wait until sunday. Good news most buildings in Okinawa are built to withstand these storms. So as long as people dont be foolish most should be ok.
