An area to the South of Guam is starting to show some sort of organization while model outlooks are hinting at cyclonic development in the coming week. At this time the GFS outlook shows a storm heading North towards Honshu Japan, yet with this still long range and conditions ever changing we will continue to watch the area through the coming days. In the Philippines were also watching a Low Pressure area producing heavy rainfall in the country. PAGASA has issued warnings stating 15-20mm of rainfall could be possible and flooding in landslides in areas where this storm is effecting.
