Severe Tropical Storm Tembin is impacting Korea today, the region is still recovering on the heels of Bolaven that blew through a few 
days ago killing 20 people and cuasing wide spread damage. Now the Tembin a not as strong storm but still potent is bringing gusty winds and heavy rains. Some areas could see up to 30mm an hour with over 150mm expected through the remainder of Thursday as the storm continues to blow over head.
