Tropical Storm Kai-Tak or Philippine Named ( Helen ) has formed towards the East of Luzon on Monday, this storm is by no means welcome in the water logged country and unfortunetly it looks to bring heavy rain showers to the region that has seen record breaking rainfall over the past week and continues to attempt to dry up in many urban areas. Further on in the forecast the mountains of Taiwan may get another shot of rainfall by the second half of the week as the storm pushines Northwest towards the country.
