New Tropical Area near the PI ; 27 July 2012 Western Pacific Weather Update

Invest 93W is a tropical area that has been watched closely over the past several days, now a clear center of circulation is visible on sat. imagery and it does look like this could be the next big storm. In todays video update I break this down and see where it could be going.

Also in china devastating floods have been hitting the area. Not only from Vicente that made landfall on Tuesday but also across the the North East where the rainy season from stretches across the heart of the country bringing deadly flooding that has killed over 100 this past week.

On the flip side of that the rainy season has officially ended in Japan, yet this comes with a cost. Summer is in full swing and it is hot!
