Tropical Depression and Floods in the Philippines

Published on July 20, 2012 by in Uncategorized

A tropical Depression has blown up just east of the Luzon and with it heavy rainfall and flooding are on the cards as this continues to slowly work its way to the west. The center of circulation is not the main threat with this though as the enchanced south west monsoon will continue to trigger heavy rainfall across the country.     Else where we take a look at temperatures where in Japan a dramatic cool down is taking place, kind of 180 off of what was seen early in the week.
