Devastating floods have ravaged Japan today as residents woke up to raging waters outside there house in some parts of Kyushu on Thursday. A few areas recieved up to 5cm of rainfall over a 3-4 hour period while gusty winds also hit the coastline up to 117kph. This has resulted sadly in over 10 deaths while 15 are still missing. Farther South in the tropics a new Invest area has spun up, at this time this does not look to develop in to any significant but it still bears watching.
