05 July 2012 Western Pacific Weather Video Update

Yesterdays TCFA in the South China Sea has weakened off today and has since become a weak rotating mass of of low level clouds just towards the south of Hong Kong. Still some rain showers could be seen in South East China but this would be at a very welcomed relief as the area has been seeing hot temperatures this week.

Farther North in NE China Korea, and Western Japan the rainy season front is still bringing flooding rains and the risk of landslides to the region. Some areas in Korea could see up to 30-40mm per hour.

Also we take a look at South East Asia and the South West Monsoonal effects in the region where rain reports have been adding up to above 100mm over the pasts 24hrs. As always if you have any photos of the effects of any kind of weather in you area please do share with us.
