Flooding over the Philippines / 03 July 2012 Video Update and July 4th Outlook

A low pressure area that has been remaining stagent over the philippines is in return producing over 200mm of rainfall in the past 24hrs in my locations. The new radar imagery here is indicating just that in the returns as convective  bands continue to swirl across the islands.  As this low slowly works west more rainfall can be expected cuasing further flooding and travel concerns to anyone flying in and out of the country.

Also in todays update we take a look at Japan, China and Korea and the effects of the rainy season boundary and for the Americans who plan on celebrating the 4th of July this week wheverever you may be over seas. We take a gander at if the it will be wet for you or not.
