Tropical Storm Doksuri is moving towards the Philippines cuasing PAGASA to start to issue signal force warnings up and down coastal areas across Luzon. Five meter high waves could be seen with this approaching storm so be sure to stay away from coastal areas if at all possible. Also the threat of low lying flooding and landslides will be raised as ground becomes saturated due to heavy rains toping 150mm in the next 24hrs across much of Luzon and even as far south as Northern Visayas.
