Westernpacificweather - Tropical Disturbance “94W” continues to drift while weakening under the influence of an Upper-level low along 23.0N-137.0E, last spotted near 128 nm (237 km) Southeast of Baler, Aurora, Philippines, 15 kt (28 km/hr) min, 17 kt (31 km/hr) max, 1010 hPa heading West@07 kt (13 km/hr). Westernpacificweather - Tropical Disturbance “94W” has now shown signs of organization overnight, prompting JMA to recognize such as an LPA in its last weather advisory. 94W was last located at 1800Z at 9.5°N 136.4°E, about 190km West of Yap Island or 1180 km East-Southeast of Eastern Visayas… with winds of 15kts/25kph. Practically nearly all numerical computer models develop 94W into a significant storm this week, with a potential to track towards Northern Luzon or Taiwan.#ClarkEligue @ManilaTC
