Severe TS ( Typhoon ) Guchol, Butchoy moves North 15 June Evening Update

Severe TS ( Typhoon) Guchol is pushing West North West today after its lingering presence east of the philippines has been sparking preperations for a possible typhoon. The NDRRMC has been making ready boats for possible flood rescues the last several days.
This comes in the wake of 9 deaths this week due to the strong and persistant Monsoonal flow across much of the country. In Taiwan no more rain is needed as totals have neared 2000mm in the past week in some area. Any more will definatlly spell the risk of further flooding and landslides where some have already occured this week being deadly at times. Further North in Okinawa preperations for a pending storm should be in the works as model outlooks and agencys concur that a strong typhoon very well coud slam the island next week.
