A weak LOW has formed well north of the NT. It will drift to the WSW over the next 2-3 days and will deepen slightly, however it is not suspect for tropical cyclone development in the short term.
The LOW will continue to generate a moist convergent flow which will enhance showers/storms and possibly even rain areas along the top end coastline.
